NURA - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NURA mobile application and any related services (the "App"), operated by NURA Intelligence, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("NURA", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
1. Nature of the Service
NURA is a general-purpose technology platform that provides self-directed tools intended to support user awareness and personal organization related to habits, routines, and personal behavior. NURA does not provide clinical, medical, psychological, or therapeutic services, does not offer regulated health services, and does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, improvements, or behavioral changes.
2. No Medical, Psychological, or Therapeutic Services
NURA is not a medical device, medical service, mental health service, or therapeutic product. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, manage, or mitigate any disease, disorder, or health condition, including mental, emotional, or behavioral conditions. Any information, guidance, or functionality provided through the App is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 years and older. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. NURA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
4. User Responsibility and Reliance
Your use of the App is voluntary and at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that any actions, decisions, or behaviors undertaken as a result of using the App are your sole responsibility. NURA is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your interpretation or use of the App. You agree that you do not rely on the App as the sole basis for any decision or action.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App's functionality, integrity, or security
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse any part of the App
NURA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of this section.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NURA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or loss of use, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the App.
7. Connected Devices
NURA may offer or support connected devices now or in the future. Any such devices are intended solely as general-purpose consumer technology and do not constitute medical devices unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Availability
The App is provided in accordance with its current technical features and the operational availability of the service.
NURA will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the functionality, security, and continuity of the App; however, NURA does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, nor that any defects will be corrected immediately.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that users may have under applicable law.
9. Modifications
NURA may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Nothing in these Terms limits the application of mandatory consumer or data protection laws applicable in the user’s country of residence.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
