NURA - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NURA mobile application, website, subscriptions, compatible wearable integrations, and related services (together, the "NURA System"), operated by NURA Intelligence, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("NURA", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing the NURA System, creating an account, downloading the app, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the NURA System
NURA is a consumer performance system designed to help users prepare for, stay aligned during, and recover after high-pressure execution moments. NURA may include an app, software, connected wearable device, haptic guidance, sensor-based features, and related services.
NURA is not a medical device, medical service, mental health service, clinical service, or therapeutic product. NURA does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, manage, or mitigate any disease, disorder, injury, or medical condition.
2. Eligibility
The NURA System is intended for users aged 13 years and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use NURA only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NURA is appropriate for your personal circumstances, environment, sport, training, or activity.
3. User Responsibility
Use of NURA is voluntary. You remain responsible for your decisions, training, competition, movement, breathing, physical activity, and safety.
Do not use NURA in any situation where haptic feedback, notifications, breathing guidance, or attention to the app could distract you from safety-critical tasks, traffic, hazardous equipment, or other risks.
4. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Payments
NURA may offer paid subscriptions, compatible wearable integrations, and related services. The current NURA Premium checkout offers annual access for $99 USD/year or monthly access for $11.99 USD/month, including app access, NURA AI, automatic timing, and performance protocols.
Unless canceled before renewal, the subscription renews at the billing interval and price selected at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, fees, or charges presented at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. NURA does not store your full card number or CVC. Stripe may store and process your payment method for subscription renewals, fraud prevention, billing, disputes, refunds, and compliance.
5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval until you cancel. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal when available, through account tools we provide, or by contacting support@nuraintelligence.app.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a refund policy, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid.
6. Wearable Compatibility and Future Features
NURA Premium may use compatible data made available through Apple Health, Health Connect, or third-party wearable apps when the user connects or permits those systems. Availability depends on the user device, wearable, operating system, permissions, third-party sync behavior, and platform restrictions.
Direct wearable connectors, haptic intervention features, and device-driven intervention features are separate future features unless explicitly offered at checkout. NURA may modify, delay, limit, or disable compatibility features when third-party platforms change or when real-world validation is incomplete.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use NURA for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe purposes.
- Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, APIs, firmware, or data without authorization.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, or misuse any part of the NURA System except where permitted by applicable law.
- Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the NURA System.
8. Intellectual Property
NURA and its software, designs, firmware, product concepts, visual identity, copy, protocols, data models, and related materials are owned by NURA or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any NURA intellectual property.
9. Availability and Changes
NURA may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit features at any time. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NURA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of use, lost profits, emotional distress, injury arising from misuse, or reliance on the NURA System beyond its intended consumer performance purpose.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protection or data protection rights that may apply in your country or state of residence.
