NURA - Membership & Compatibility Policy

This policy explains the current NURA Premium subscription and compatibility structure.

Current Offer

• NURA Premium annual plan: $99 USD/year.
• NURA Premium monthly subscription: $11.99 USD/month.
• Included: app access, NURA AI, structured performance protocols, and compatible data integrations where available.
• Renewal: the selected billing interval continues unless canceled before renewal.
• Payment processor: Stripe.

What You Are Buying

NURA Premium provides access to the software membership available today. Apple Health and Health Connect are the current stable compatibility routes. Garmin, Amazfit/Zepp, and Polar may contribute data when their apps sync with the phone. Direct connectors and haptic intervention features are future features unless separately launched and offered.

No Card Storage by NURA

Card information is entered in Stripe Checkout. NURA does not store your full card number or CVC. Stripe may store your payment method to process renewals and manage payments.

Order Acceptance

A checkout confirmation does not guarantee access if there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, platform restriction, inaccurate information, or other operational issue. If NURA cannot provide the affected membership access, we may cancel and refund the affected order according to applicable law and this policy.
