This policy explains the expected shipping and fulfillment approach for NURA connected device founding memberships.

Initial Countries

The site currently supports checkout shipping collection for the United States, Mexico, and Spain. Supported countries may change based on manufacturing, logistics, customs, compliance, and carrier availability.

Estimated Timelines

The current target first-production fulfillment window is Q3 2026. Production timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Hardware production can be affected by component availability, manufacturing revisions, quality testing, certification, customs, carrier delays, and other operational factors.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. NURA may contact you before shipment to confirm address, availability, import requirements, or fulfillment details.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

Prices may not include all taxes, duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout. Depending on your location, additional amounts may be calculated by Stripe, NURA, a carrier, customs authority, or local authority.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable, contact support@nuraintelligence.app. Resolution may depend on carrier investigation, address accuracy, customs status, and applicable law.
