NURA - Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to NURA founding memberships, subscriptions, and connected device purchases unless another written policy is presented at checkout or required by applicable law.

Membership Refunds

You may request a refund before your device has entered final fulfillment or shipment preparation. Once fulfillment or shipment preparation has started, refund eligibility may depend on the status of the order, shipping costs, return condition, and applicable law.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel future annual renewals through the Stripe customer portal when available or by contacting support@nuraintelligence.app. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already paid unless required by law or approved by NURA.

Failed Payments and Chargebacks

If payment fails, NURA or Stripe may retry payment, pause access, cancel the order, or request updated payment information. Chargebacks, fraud flags, or disputed payments may delay or cancel fulfillment.

For refund, cancellation, or billing support, email support@nuraintelligence.app with the email used at checkout and your Stripe receipt or checkout confirmation if available.
