NURA - Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your NURA account and associated personal information by using available in-app tools or by contacting privacy@nuraintelligence.app.

Deletion Scope

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information according to applicable law. Some information may be retained in restricted form for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, contractual, dispute, or compliance purposes.

Payments and Subscriptions

Deleting your NURA account does not automatically delete records maintained by Stripe or cancel a subscription unless the cancellation is also processed. To manage payment methods or subscription status, use the Stripe customer portal when available or contact support@nuraintelligence.app.

Timing

Requests will be processed within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and locate your account.
